The designs of Dx3 are uniquely tailored to each individual client and their project. As a client of Dx3 Designs, you are a part of the development process throughout, and involved in every step of the way. Dx3 Designs simplifies the design process by maintaining an organized work schedule and billing structure to ensure that there are no unexpected delays or additional charges. We encourage open communication throughout the process; from the big picture down to the finer details, your voice will always be heard.
THE MEET & GREET
Let’s meet. We offer a free pre-consultation meeting to discuss the scope of your project, your budget, and your timeframe.
RESEARCH & CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
We’ll begin with research and the gathering of inspiration; communicating our visual ideas through mood-boards and concept images. We aim to craft a shared vision that will generate a solid foundation from which your design will develop.
LAYOUT DESIGN
We will present initial layouts, and any structural changes that may be required. We invite as much feedback as possible, so we can continue moving forward with the design, as it all stems from the approved layout.
DESIGN & DETAIL
Following the approval of the layout and design concepts, we will progress to the design development and detail stage. We will have multiple meetings during which final drawings will be presented for approval, along with all finishes, furnishings, fixtures, and accessories. At this stage, we also offer a fully itemized breakdown of costs to ensure it falls within your budget.
COMPLETION
You will receive your final full design package, containing all drawings, specifications, and everything that you need in order to send your project out to bid.
THE FOLLOW UP
But don’t worry! We’re not going anywhere once you receive your final package. We will make ourselves available throughout the construction process for on-site job supervision and to answer any questions that may arise. What began as a design concept and theory will have now started to come to life, resulting in your fully transformed space.
